So we did this and it worked pretty well. Of course you can follow it exactly or not at all.

* One or two GOOD camera set-ups for Hyperlapse of whole event (1-2 people needed)

Preferably two for angle variation
* Random photographers for thumbnails, featured image, and event content background. (1-2 people needed)

* Multiple people can shoot a single performance but only one will be used
