The music on these sites isn't necessarily "free" in the sense that you can do whatever you want with it. Almost all of them require attribution. Many of them use Creative Commons licenses. It's your obligation to research each resource and determine the conditions under which they will permit you to use their music free of charge.
Never, ever rip music from YouTube videos. Consider every song you find online to be copyrighted and ineligible for use unless the creator specifically states otherwise.
